Résumé: الملخص: تعمل المؤسسات الاقتصادية باستمرار لبناء مركز استراتيجي تنافسي قوي يضمن لها الاستمرارية، البقاء، النمو وتحسين صورتها في المجتمع، وتحسين وترقية الأداء في ظل البيئة التي تنشط فيها. تتكون هذه البيئة من مجموعة من المتغيرات (ثقافية واجتماعية) تؤثر في النشاط، لذلك تكون المؤسسة ملزمة على التكيف مع المتغيرات الحاصلة، والاستجابة لها في الوقت المناسب بما تتيحه من فرص وما تفرضه من تهديدات. وهو ما نبحث فيه للتطرق إلى أثر البيئة الثقافية والاجتماعية على أداء المؤسسة بدراسة حالة مصنع القفازات الطبية بعين تموشنت. Abstract: Economic society is working diligently to build a strong competitive strategic center, this will guarantee them continuity, survival, growth & improving their image in society. Also improving and promoting performance in the environment. This environment includes a set of variations (cultural and social) that affect the activity, so these society are obliged to adapt to current changes, and to respond to them with the opportunities it offers and the threats it poses. The impact of the cultural and social environment on the performance of the society by studying the case of the medical glove factory in Ain-Temouchent.
