Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإعفاءات الجبائية التي من شئنها تطوير واستقطاب الاستثمار السياحي المحلي والأجنبي، الذي من شأنه تطوير القطاع السياحي، ماينتج عنه زيادة في الإيرادات السياحية خاصة بالعملة الصعبة، وقد تم التطرق إلى الاستثمار السياحي والآثار الإيجابية الناتجة عنه، ثم إلى أهم وأبرز الإعفاءات المالية والجبائية التي أقرتها الدولة الجزائرية من خلال الخطط التنموية لترقية وتطوير الاستثمار السياحي في الجزائر. This study aims to highlight the role of tax exemptions, which are intended to develop and attract local and foreign tourism investment, which will develop the tourism sector, resulting in an increase in tourism revenues, especially in forgien currency, and which is addressed to tourism investment, and then to the most important and prominent financial and tax exemptions approved by the Algerian state through to development plans to promote and develop tourism investment in Algeria
