Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر بعض المداخل الحديثة للإدارة الرياضية على تدريب الموارد البشرية في الاتحادية الجزائرية لكرة القدم، وللإجابة عن الإشكالية المطروحة اتباعنا المنهج الوصفي، وللوقوف على ذلك تم الاعتماد على استبيانين المداخل الحديثة لتغيير التنظيم، وتدريب الموارد البشرية، طبق على عينة مكونة من (70) موظفين بالاتحادية الجزائرية لكرة القدم ومركب سيدي موسى لرياضة النخبة، وبعد جمع المعلومات ومعالجتها إحصائيا توصلنا الى ان الاتحادية الجزائرية لكرة القدم تهدف من وراء التغيير التنظيمي وإعادة الهندسة إلى زيادة قدرة المؤسسة على التكيف مع المستجدات البيئية. This study The study aimed to identify the impact of some modern entrances to sports management on human resources training in the Algerian Football Federation, and to answer the problem presented to us, follow the descriptive approach. (70) The Algerian Federal Football Federation and the Sidi Musa boat for elite sport, and after collecting information and processing it statistically, we concluded that the Algerian Football Federation aims from behind organizational change and restoring engineering to increase the institution's ability to adapt to environmental developments..
