تعليمية نشاط القراءة لدى متعلمي السنة الأولى متوسط في ظل إصلاحات الجيل الثاني.

Résumé: ملخص: شغلت قضية الإصلاح التربوي في المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية الباحثين والمتخصصين منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا، وظلت هذه الإصلاحات تتعاقب بحثًا عن الجودة في التعليم وتحقيق النوعية فيه أيضا؛ حيث مازالت تتبنى مقاربات أكثر فاعلية بغية الوصول إلى نتائج مرضية وتعدّ إصلاحات الجيل الثاني (سنة2017-2018م) من الإصلاحات التي وقفت عندها المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية بهدف تحقيق التعليم الفعّال بالطريقة المثلى والناجحة. من أجل هذا وقع اختيارنا على موضوع: تعليم نشاط القراءة لدى متعلمي السنة الأولى متوسط في ظل إصلاحات الجيل الثاني، كون القراءة أهم مفاتيح تعلم اللّغة العربية في مراحل التعليم، خاصة وأنّ المقاربة بالكفايات أولتها عناية خاصة، بتطوير أساليب تعليمها واعتمادها المقاربة النصية التي تجعل من النص محورا تدور حوله الأنشطة اللغوية جميعها، وانطلاقا من هذه الأهمية فإنّ هذه الورقة البحثية تهدف للوقوف على طريقة تعليم نشاط القراءة في ظل إصلاحات الجيل الثاني؛ وقراءة محتويات النصوص، مع معرفة مدى التحكم في الأدوات المعرفية والمنهجية في تقديم المادة اللغوية وترجمتها في شكل كفاءة تواصلية. Abstract: The issue of educational reform in the Algerian educational system has occupied researchers and specialists from independence to the present day, and these reforms have been successive in search of quality in education and achieving quality in it as well. It is still adopting more effective approaches in order to reach satisfactory results The reforms of the second generation (the year 2017-2018 AD) are among the reforms that the Algerian educational system has stood at with the aim of achieving effective education in the best and successful way. For this reason, we chose the subject of teaching reading activity among first-year learners as an average in light of the reforms of the second generation, since reading is the most important key to learning the Arabic language in educational stages, especially since the competencies approach has paid special attention to developing its teaching methods and adopting the textual approach that makes the text An axis around which all linguistic activities revolve, and based on this importance, this research paper aims to identify the method of teaching reading activity in light of the reforms of the second generation; And reading the contents of the texts, with knowing the extent of control over the cognitive and methodological tools in the presentation and translation of the language material in the form of communicative competence
