إجراءات تأديب الموظف العام في قانون الوظيفة العامة
Résumé: نظرا لأهمية الوظيفة العامة و ضرورة استمراريتها في حياة الفرد ، وجب التقيد بالواجبات العامة المسطرة للموظف العام المنصوص عليها في قانون الوظيفة العمومية ، فإذا حاد عنها نظم المشرع إجراءات تأديبية يتعرض لها الموظف العام المخطئ و ضمانات لابد للسلطة التي لها صلاحية التعيين إحترامها ، و إلا عد عملها مشوبا بعدم المشروعية و تعرض قرارها للإلغاء من طرف الجهات القضائية الإدارية المختصة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الموظف العام ـ الخطأ التأديبي ـ الإجراءات التأديبية ، العقوبة التأديبيةـ Abtract Due to the importance of the public office and the need for its continuity in an individual’s life , the general duties of the employee and stipulated in public service law must be adhered to, And if he strayed from her, the authorities cantake discoplinary proceedings, The authority having power to appoint must respect the employee’s guarantees, failing which her work would be unlawful, and Its decision is subject to cancellation by the competent adminstrative judicial authorities.
