الإنفاق العسكري و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر: دراسة تجريبية للفترة 1973- 2016

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين الإنفاق العسكري والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، واختبار الأطروحات النظرية المفسرة للعلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين خلال الفترة 1973-2016، باستعمال تقنية حديثة والتي عرضها Pesaran وآخرون (2001) والمتمثلة في نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات المتباطئة ARDL وباستخدام منهج الحدود ، وكذا اختبار سببية غرانجر بمنهج تودا يامامودا (1995) ، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك طويل الأجل بين الإنفاق العسكري والناتج المحلي الإجمالي في النموذج الأول وكما أظهرت نتائج سببية تودا يامامودا وجود سببية من الإنفاق العسكري إلى الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، أي أن الإنفاق العسكري في الجزائر يعد داعما ومحددا للنمو الاقتصادي. The objective of this study is to analyse the relationship between military spending and economic growth in Algeria. Also, the study aims to test the theoretical theses which examined the relationship between military spending and economic growth during the period 1963-2017, Using both of bounds testing approach known as ARDL introduced by Pesaran et al (2001) and Toda and Yamamoto(1995) Granger causality test. the findings show that there is a common long-term integration relation between military spending and GDP in the first model. Similarly, the causal results of Toda Yamamoto test showed a causality from military spending to GDP, which means that the military spending in Algeria is supportive and determinant of economic growth.
