دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية كمدخل تنافسي في تطبيق الإدارة المعرفية

Résumé: إذا كانت المعرفة هي الأصل الأكثر قيمة في المؤسسات المبنية على المعرفة، فإن المهمة الأساسية لهذه المؤسسات إنما تتمثل في كيفية المحافظة على هذا الأصل أولاً، وكيفية استخدامه من أجل خلق القيمة وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية ثانياً، وبما أن هاتين المهمتين هما جوهر إدارة المعرفة والتي من خلالهما تساهم إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق أهداف وإستراتيجيات المؤسسة، يتبادر إلى أذهاننا طرح التساؤل الآتي: ما هي الأسس والدعائم التي تستند عليها إدارة المعرفة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية؟ وكإجابة تقديرية منا يمكننا القول بأن أنظمة المعلومات والتي تعد الجزء المنظور لإدارة المعرفة، والبنية الهيكلية التي ينطلق منها نشاطها، يمكن استخدامها في تطوير وتعزيز إمكانيات المعرفة في أدائها لمهامها في المحافظة على المعرفة من جهة وفي تجديد وإنشاء المعرفة من جهة أخرى. وسنحاول من خلال مقالنا هذا التعرض للإطار المفاهيمي لنظم المعلومات الإدارية وتحليل العلاقة الترابطية بينها وبين إدارة المعرفة باعتبار أن نظم المعلومات الإدارية تشكل أحد الأقطاب الأساسية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في منظمات الأعمال. : Abstract If knowledge is the origin of the most valuable in the institutions based on knowledge, the main task of these institutions but is how to maintain this asset first, and how to use it in order to create value and achieve competitive advantage Secondly, as these tasks are the essence of knowledge management and that through themcontribute to knowledge management in achieving the goals and strategies of the institution, that comes to our minds were asked the following question: What are the foundations and pillars that are based on knowledge management to achieve a competitive advantage? The answer discretionary us we can say that the information systems that are part perspective of knowledge management, and infrastructure from which its activity, can be used to develop and enhance the potential of knowledge in the discharge of its functions in maintaining the knowledge on the one hand and in the renovation and creation of knowledge on the other. And we'll try through our article this exposure of the conceptual framework for management information systems and correlation analysis between knowledge management as the management information systems constitute a basic electrodes to achieve a competitive advantage in business organizations.
