تقييم إدارة الوقت لدى الإطارات العاملين بالإدارة الجزائرية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم إدارة الوقت لدى الإطارات الإدارية في الجزائر، وذلك بالتعرف على مستوى إدارة الوقت لديهم بالاعتماد على مضيعات الوقت المتعلقة بالتخطيط، التنظيم، التوظيف، الإشراف والتوجيه، الاتصالات، اتخاذ القرارات، والرقابة. طبقا لمتغيرات شخصية كالجنس، السن، المؤهل العلمي، الرتبة المهنية، وسنوات الخبرة في العمل. لهذا طبق الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية من الإطارات الإدارية مكونة من 112 فردا، موزعين بين مدراء، رؤساء أقسام، رؤساء مصالح ومتصرفين إداريين. بينت النتائج أن مستوى إدارة الوقت لديهم هو مابين متوسط وعال حسب سلم تقييم مستوى واقع إدارة الوقت لمجالات الدراسة من نظرة الإطارات تجاه الوقت ومضيعات الوقت، أشارت أيضا إلى وجود علاقة بين مضيعات الوقت ومستوى إدارة الوقت تعيق أداء العاملين، حيث كلما ارتفع وجود هذه المضيعات انخفض مستوى إدارة الوقت والعكس، كما أشارات إلى عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إطارات الإدارة حول مستوى إدارة الوقت تعزى إلى متغيرات: الجنس، السن، المؤهل العلمي، الرتبة المهنية، وسنوات الخبرة في العمل. The study aimed to evaluate, by identifying their time management level based on the time-wasting related to planning, organization, recruitment, supervision and guidance, communication, decision making and supervision, According to personal variables such as gender, age, academic qualification, professional level, and years of work experience. For this purpose, the questionnaire was applied to a random sample of 112 Algerian administrative staff among them, managers, heads of departments, and administrators. The results showed that the level of time management is between average and high according to the scale of time management fact of the areas of study from the perspective of the managers towards time and different time wasting, also noted that there is a relation between time wasting and time management level that impedes the performance of the workers. It also showed that there was no statistically significant relation between the Algerian administrative staff at the level of time management attributed to variables: gender, age, academic qualification, professional level, and years of work experience
