الخطأ الطبي في الجراحة التجميلية
Résumé: يعتبر الخطأ الطبي أهم ركن من أركان المسؤولية الطبية في الجراحة التجميلية نظرا لما يتسم به من خصوصية من حيث التشدد في تقدير إهمال وعدم حيطة جراح التجميل، اشتراط تحكم جراح التجميل في تقنية الجراحة التجميلية و اشتراط مراعاة جراح التجميل التناسب بين مخاطر العملية وفوائدها ،كما تظهر خصوصية الخطأ الطبي في الجراحة التجميلية من حيث الاثبات حيث أن اثبات خطأ جراح التجميل سهل إذ يكفي عدم تحقق النتيجة المرجوة لقيام مسؤوليته The medical error is the most important element of the medical responsibility in the aesthetic surgery because of its specificity in the terms of militancy of evaluation of neglect aesthetic surgeon, stipulation of the mastery aesthetic surgeon of the technique of aesthetic surgery, stipulation of the proportionality between risks and interests. Also the specificity of the medical error in the aesthetic surgery appears in the terms of the proof which is easy, it is sufficient not to check the result of his responsibility.
