Résumé: ملخّص: الوقف والابتداء من أهم مباحث علم التجويد، ولقد اهتم العلماء به قديماً وحديثاً. ومن الجزئيات المهمة في مباحثه:"الوقف التعسّفي"وهو أحد أنواع الوقف القبيح، فكان لزاماً البحث في هذه الجزئية المهمّة؛ ببيان مفهومه عند القراء، وحكمه، مع ذكر شيء من الأمثلة الشائعة الواقعة في تلاوة بعض القراء وبيان خطئه. Summary: Termination and beginning are among the most important Researches of astrology, and scholars have taken care of it both old and new. A significant part of his research focuses on “arbitrary termination”, one of the types of ugly endowments that had to be explored in this important part; by stating its design to readers and its rule, with some common examples of reading and deformation of some readers.
