المعالجة الإعلامية لظاهرة العنف المدرسي في الجزائر -دراسة وصفية تحليلية لعينة من فيديوهات قناة النهار على اليوتيوب -لسنة 2017-

Résumé: The subject of our study revolves around the media treatment of the phenomenon of school violence in Algeria through Al-Nahar TV channel on YouTube, and the study aims to identify ways in which the phenomenon of school violence has been addressed through the identification of issues or topics, including causes, types, effects this phenomenon as well as the methods of reducing school violence, as has been recognized, the most important sources of the television channel of Al-Nahar TV have been identified in the treatment of the phenomenon, the most persuasive methods and the most important methods of graduation. The study was conducted on a regular random sample of Al-Nahar TV videos on YouTube, the analytical descriptive approach was used, and an analysis form was prepared content of the phenomenon of school violence as a tool of study, and its consistency and sincerity were measured to be applicable where the form was divided into axes, The first axis is for the preliminary data of the studios studied, the second axis of the content categories what was said? And the categories of how was it said? The last axis is reserved for notes, which are attached to the procedural definitions manual for the form. In this study, we have achieved several outcomes, the most important of which are: -Al-Nahar TV channel has relied on official sources as a reliable source, for example, as the Minister of Education. -Al-Nahar TV channel on YouTube also shows that the biggest players in the school violence are students from: pupil to another due to disagreements and quarrels. -Al-Nahar TV channel has sought to achieve, among others, news, information, awareness-raising and interpretation functions to highlight the phenomenon. -Al-Nahar TV channel on YouTube revealed that classical Arabic is proportional to media work and the nature of media type such as direct and interview talk. -Each channel seeks to achieve a range of functions according to its editorial policy as for Al-Nahar TV channel focused on achieving the basic function of the channel which is, the information and news function which is consistent with the media's predecessors, by highlighting the social problems of the external environment, the family and society, as well as the explanatory and interpreting function for guidance and risk education. -Use of the study sample for various media templates but its focus was on direct and corresponding talk and this is to explain and clarify the phenomenon to viewer, but we find Al-Nahar TV channel on YouTube has neglected other media templates especially report and relied on the news side to list the facts with the explanation This explains the editorial policy of the media outlets -Through technical output, attention was given to the colour of the line and the treatment varied between the neutral colours: white and black and warm colours : red and yellow the colour of the line works to the attention of the viewer, in addition to the multiple use of footage and angles of photography. This is an audio-visual feature which is to give a sense of events and influence on scenes, and to use the angles of photography as influences.
