العدالة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية والرضا الوظيفي لدى العمال العاملين في بلدية الوادي، وذلك انطلاقا من التساؤلات التي تم طرحها والتي كان لها فرضيات نسعى إلى التحقق منها من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أما فيما يخص أدوات جمع البيانات تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان، حيث تم تصميم الاستبيان إذ ضمن (29) بندا توزعت على محورين، ولقد تم تطبيق الاستبيان على عينة ضمت عمال بلدية الوادي- حيث قدر حجمها (70) عاملا. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين العدالة التنظيمية والرضا الوظيفي في المؤسسة. كذلك هناك علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين العدالة التعاملية والرضا الوظيفي في المؤسسة. إضافة إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين العدالة التوزيعية والرضا الوظيفي في المؤسسة. Résumé : فرنسية أو انجلزية The current study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction among workers working in the municipality of the valley, based on the questions that were posed and which had hypotheses that we seek to verify through the use of the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire, where the questionnaire was designed as it included (29) items distributed on two axes, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample that included Al-Wadi municipality workers - whose size was estimated (70) workers. The study found the most important results, the most important of which is that there is a strong correlation between organizational justice and job satisfaction in the institution. There is also a strong correlation between transactional justice and job satisfaction in the institution. In addition, there is a strong correlation between distributive justice and job satisfaction in the institution.
