سياسات التحول نحو الطاقة المتجددة-دراسة تحليلية لتجربتي ألمانيا والصين

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مفهوم التحول نحو الطاقة المتجددة من خلال التطرق إلى مفاهيم عامة للطاقة المتجددة، وأهم الاستراتيجيات الواجب إتباعها لتحقيق التحول الآمن والدائم من الطاقة التقليدية الناضبة إلى الطاقة المتجددة المستدامة، مع التعرض لكل من تجربتي ألمانيا والصين، والتي تعتبر من بين التجارب الرائدة في مجال التحول نحو استخدام الطاقة المتجددة والتي جسدتها على أرض الواقع وحققت من خلالها كل أهدافها المسطرة أو جزء منها. This study aime to clarify the concept of the transition to renewable energy by first addressing general concepts of renewable energy, and the most important strategies to be followed to achieve a safe and sustainable transition from traditional energy to sustainable renewable energy, by addressing both the experiences of Germany and China are among the leading experiences in the transformation of renewable energy, which embodied them on the ground and achieved through them all of their goals or part of them.
