Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز ضرورة الاعتماد على عمليات البحث والتطوير من أجل الوصول إلى منتجات جديدة ذات جودة عالية، وذلك من خلال توضيح الخطوات العملية التي يجب تنفيذها من أجل بلوغ ذلك، وهذا بإسقاط الدراسة الميدانية على مركز البحث والتطوير التابع لمجمع صيدال، وقد استخدمنا أسلوب المقابلة الشخصية مع إطارات وباحثين وصناع القرار بالمركز، ومن خلال الفحص والتدقيق في وضع المركز ، وقد خرجنا بتوصية مفادها ضرورة زيادة نفقات البحث والتطوير ومد الجسور مع المخابر البحثية التابعة لكليات الصيدلة، وتكثيف عمليات الشراكة مع المخابر العالمية الرائدة في الصناعة الصيدلانية، وهذا من أجل زيادة حصة صيدال في السوق، وكسب خبرات تكنولوجية عالية وحصد عدد أكبر من براءات الاختراع. الكلمات المفتاحية: البحث والتطوير؛ المنتجات الجديدة؛ الابتكار؛ الجودة؛ الاستراتيجية. Abstract : This study aimed to determine the facts and to test the impact of Research and Development (R&D) in order to access new high quality products; by dropping the field study on the Center Research and development compound of Saidal, We used the interview method with the tires, researchers and decision-makers of the center. Through the analysis of the status of the center, we have come to the conclusion that we need to increase R & D costs, build bridges with research laboratories of pharmacy colleges, and intensify partnerships with the world's leading pharmaceutical laboratories, In order to increase its market share, gain high technological expertise, Access to a greater number of patents.
