Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز بطاقة الأداء المتوازن كآلية لتقييم الأداء في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة صوفاكت (تكسالج) للأغطية النسيجية بتيسمسيلت، حيث تعتبر بطاقة الأداء المتوازن أداة تقييم تتيح للمؤسسات الاقتصادية تحسين أدائها والرفع من فعاليتها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن مؤسسة صوفاكت تتوفر على مقومات تطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في المؤسسة، إلا أن هناك عقبات تعيق في انتهاجها، وعدم الاهتمام بأبعادها، ويرجع ذلك إلى انغلاق المؤسسة على الخارج. The purpose of this study is to highlight the balanced performance card as a mechanism for evaluating performance in an economic institution, A field study by the Sofact Foundation (Texalg) of textured sheets at Tissemsilt, where the performance card is considered to be balanced assessment tool that allows economic institutions to improve their performance and enhance their effectiveness, The study found several findings, the most important of which was the Sofact Foundation is capable of applying a balanced performance card to the enterprise, but there are obstacles to its implementation. Its adoption, lack of interest in its dimensions, due to the closure of the institution on the outside.
