صياغة الثقافة التنظيمية كمتطلب أساسي لنجاح تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة - دراسة حالة جامعة يحي فارس بالمدية -

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف علاقة الثقافة التنظيمية ومدى مساهمتها في نجاح تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة لدى موظفي جامعة بالمدية، حيث تم صياغة الاستبيان من جزئين، الجزء الأول يتضمن البيانات الشخصية، و الجزء الثاني يتضمن محورين: محور عناصر الثقافة التنظيمية، ومحور إدارة المعرفة . خلصت الدراسة في إطارها التطبيقي إلى توفر عناصر الثقافة التنظيمية بشكل عالي، و قدر المتوسط الحسابي للمحور ككل بـــ 3.8108 بدرجة موافقة عالية، وجاء المتوسط الحسابي لمستوى إدارة المعرفة للمحور ككل بــــ 3.8671 بدرجة عالية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لعناصر الثقافة التنظيمية على إدارة المعرفة في جميع أبعاده عند درجة معنوية 0.05، و منه يمكن اعتبار الجامعة محل الدراسة أنها تتبنى عناصر الثقافة التنظيمية و اعتبارها أكبر عامل و متطلب في نجاح عمليات إدارة المعرفة . The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship of organizational culture and the extent to of its participation in the successful the application of knowledge management processes with tidal university staff where questionnaire two parts the first part contains the data profile and part contains two axes: axis elements of organizational culture and management hub . The study of applied knowledge within which to provide the organizational culture and as the arithmetic mean of the whole axis 3.8108 high degree of approval, the arithmetic mean of level of knowledge management for the whole axis highy 3.8671 as the study found wegodathr of elements of organizational culture affect the management of knowledge in all its dimensions at 0.05 moral wemnhimkn university studied as they adopt elements of organizational culture and considers it the success of knowledge management processes.
