Résumé: جاء هذا البحث ليبين ويوضح أهمية الدور الذي تلعبه جودة المعلومات المحاسبية في دعم وإرساء مبادئ الحوكمة في الجزائر كآلية هامة وفعالة في تقوية سوق أوراقها المالية وزيادة ثقة المستثمرين في شركاتها الاستثمارية. ولقد وقفنا من خلال هذا البحث على أهمية الإفصاح المحاسبي في إرساء مبادئ الحوكمة، ودرسنا آليات الحوكمة المطبقة في شركة سونلغاز وهو ما أثر إيجابا على حالتها المالية وزاد من ثقة المساهمين فيها. This research came to show and elucidate the importance of the role played by the quality of accounting information in supporting and establishing the principles of governance in Algeria. We have identified through this research the importance of accounting disclosure in establishing the principles of governance, and we have studied the governance mechanisms applied in Sonelgaz Company.
