استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغط المهني لدى الممرضين العاملين في مصالح معالجة السرطان

Résumé: تعتبر الضغوط المهنية من بين المشكلات النفسية الاجتماعية الأساسية التي يعاني منها الأفراد والمؤسسات على حد سواء، بحيث تؤثر سلبا على صحة الفرد وانجازه المهني وكذا السير الحسن للمؤسسة. والعاملون في المؤسسات الاستشفائية ليسوا في منأى عن هذه الظاهرة، لاسيما الممرضون العاملون بمصالح معالجة السرطان الذين يتعاملون يوميا مع معاناة المرضى التي كثيرا ما تــنــتهي بالموت، فضلا عن ضغوط الظروف المهنية الصعبة المعاشة في مكان العمل. سلط هذا البحث الضوء على مخـــتلف الاستراتيجيات المستعملة من طرف العاملين بالتمريض في مصالح معالجة السرطان من خلال توزيع استبيان على أفراد العينة العاملة ببعض المؤسسات الاستشفائية لجمع معطيات حول الضغط المهني في ضوء المتغيرات الفردية التالية: الجنس، السن، الخبرة المهنية والحالة المدنية. The professional pressures are considered as one of the psycho-social problems that individuals and institutions suffer from, which adversely affects the health of the individual and his professional achievements, as well as to the welfare of the institution. Workers at the hospital institutions are not immune to this phenomenon, especially nurses working in oncology services (Cancer Treatment Services) who work under professional conditions that are often difficult and stressful, dealing with the daily suffering of the patients, which often ends in death. This research shed light on the various strategies used by nurses in the oncology services through the distribution of a questionnaire to the members of the working sample at some hospital institutions to collect data on the professional pressure in light of the following individual variables: Gender, age, professional experience and marital status.
