Résumé: Our study aims to reveal the role that e-marketing plays in influencing consumer behavior in Mobilis, by asking the basic question: How does E-Marketing affect consumer behavior We have also included a set of sub-questions, which came in the following formulas: - E-Marketing adds a compeWhat are the most commonly used means in the e-marketing process in your organization? What is the importance of e-marketing at Mobilis Foundation in Ouargla? What is the impact of e-marketing on consumer behavior in Mobilis in Ouargla? In our study , we have relied on the descriptive approach because it is the most suitable for such studies, as it is based on accurate follow-up of the phenomenon in a quantitative or qualitative way and collecting information about it in order to identify it and collect information about it and analyze it in order to reach results that help us understand our topic and familiarization with all its aspects. We also used the questionnaire as a data collection tool, which included a sample of 28 employees within Mobilis. At the end of the study, we reached some results, summarizing them in the following elements : - E-Marketing ensures reaching the largest number of consumers in a short time and very quickly. - E-Marketing contributes to meeting the needs of the consumer and satisfying his desires by reviewing the offers and selecting what suits him. - E-Marketing contributes to improving the quality of the organization's services, which also leads to improving its image. titive advantage to the organization, allowing it to promote to the top and compete with the largest companies in this field. - That e-marketing brings the institution closer to its customers and facilitates the escort process
