تأثير الضوابط الشرعية على ممارسة التلميذات للنشاط البدني الرياضي في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف تأثير الضوابط الشرعية على ممارسة التلميذات للنشاط البدني الرياضي في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي ، ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا منهج الوصفي على عينة متكونة من 27 تلميذة تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي ولجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان، بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا أظهرت النتائج وجود تفضيل واضح لدى التلميذات لفصل الجنسين، حيث يُعزز ذلك شعورهن بالراحة والاندفاعية للمشاركة، بينما قد يُؤدي الاختلاط إلى مشاعر من الخجل والانسحاب. The study aimed to identify the impact of Islamic guidelines on female students' participation in physical education in high school. For this purpose, we used a descriptive approach with a sample of 27 female students randomly selected. To collect data, we used a questionnaire tool. After collecting and statistically processing the results, the findings indicated a clear preference among female students for gender segregation, as it enhances their comfort and motivation to participate, while mixing may lead to feelings of shyness and withdrawal.
