Résumé: This study aims to highlight the considerable and growing importance for banks, especially in light of the emergence of modern technologies, which forces them to develop, change and move to higher levels in order to provide banking services in the best way. This study presents the idea of applying intelligent automation at banks, by addressing banking functions that benefit from intelligent automation and identifying the Chatbot, with an attempt to create an application model for this robot -to be applied in Algeria banks- with specific commands, one of the most important results reached is that the adoption of intelligent automation is necessary at banks.
