دور نظام السلامة والصحة المهنية في الحد من ظاهرة التسرب الوظيفي في المؤسسة الإنتاجية: دراسة ميدانية بمدبغة Thp بالجلفة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن دور نظام السلامة والصحة المهنية في الحد من التسرب الوظيفي للعاملين، حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (65) موظفا بمدبغة الهضاب العليا بالجلفة ، من أصل مجتمع الدراسة المكون من(100) موظف و إستخدمت الدراسة الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وتم توزيع الإستبيان عشوائيا على مختلف العاملين وذلك على إختلاف مستوياتهم التنظيمية ,وتحليله بإستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنه لايوجد مستوى إدراك مرتفع لمتغيرات الدراسة نظام السلامة والصحة المهنية والتسرب الوظيفي لدى عمال مدبغة الهضاب العليا إذ سجلنا تحققهما بمستوى متوسط،وعدم وجود علاقة إرتباطيه أو تأثير بين أبعاد نظام السلامة والصحة المهنية (السياسة والإلتزام ،التخطيط ،الفحص والتصحيح ،التحسين المستمر) وبين التسرب الوظيفي بمدبغة الهضاب العليا بالجلفة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاراء العمال المستجوبين إتجاه كل من نظام السلامة والصحة المهنية والتسرب الوظيفي تعزى للنوع الإجتماعي . This study aims to reveal the role of occupational safety and health system in reducing the job dropout of employees. A sample of 65 employees in the Upper Plateaus Tannery of Djelfa, the questionnaire is a tool for collecting information and data for this paper. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is that there needs to be a high level of awareness of the study variables of safety, occupational health, and job dropout among the organization's employees, where the level of their achievement is at an average level. Also, they were achieved at an average level. There was no correlation or influence between the dimensions of the occupational safety and health system (policy and commitment, planning, examination and correction, continuous improvement) and job dropout at the organization. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences in the opinions of the workers questioned towards each of the safety systems occupational health and job dropout due to gender.
