ظاهرة إنتشار تعاطي المخدرات و المؤثرات العقلية في الوسط الجامعي

Résumé: ملخص : أصبحت ظاهرة انتشار المواد المخدرة و المؤثرات العقلية من أهم المشكلات بروزاً في أوساط الشباب الجزائري بصفة عامة و الوسط الجامعي بصفة خاصة في الوقت الراهن و ذلك بنظر إلى نطاق انتشارها ، هذه الآفة التي تبدد الموارد المالية و البشرية باتت من أخطر التحديات التي تواجهها المؤسسات الجامعية ولعل ما زادة من خطورة هذه الظاهرة هو سرعة إنتشارها في الوسط الجامعي وما ترتبه من أضرار ومخلفات على الطالب وتحصيله العلمي ومنه على التنمية . ومن هذا المنطلق تحاول هذه الدراسة أن ترصد وتحلل أسباب و نتائج وكذا الإستراتيجيات الوطنية الوقائية لحماية الطالب الجامعي من ظاهرة إنتشار المخدرات و المؤثرات العقلية في الحرم الجامعي . الكلمات المفتاحية : المخدرات ، المؤثرات العقلية ، الوسط الجامعي ، الطالب الجامعي . Abstract : The phenomenon of the spread of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances has become one of most prominent problems among Algerian youth at the present time due to the extent of their spread ، this scourge that wastes financial and human resources has become one of the most serious challenges facing university institutions and perhaps what has increased this phenomenon it is the speed of its spread in the university community and the consequent damage and the consequent damage and residual effects on the student and his academic achievement and from it on development . From this standpoint this study attempts to monitor and analyze the causes and consequence as well as the national preventive strategies to protect the university student from the phenomenon of the spread of drugs and psychotropic substances on campus .
