أثر السياسة المالية على أداء سوق الأوراق المالية الإماراتية (2005-2019)

Résumé: تلعب أسواق الأوراق المالية دورا فعالا في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، فهي تؤثر في مختلف مجالات النشاط الاقتصادي، وفي الوقت ذاته تتأثر بجملة من السياسات والمتغيرات التي تحيط بها، حيث تعد السياسة المالية من أبرز العوامل المؤثرة على أداء هذه الأسواق. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة واتجاه العلاقة بين سياسة الإنفاق العام والسياسة الضريبية وأداء أسواق الأوراق المالية في دولة الإمارات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية بين الإنفاق العام ومؤشرات حجم السوق والأسعار، وعكسية مع مؤشرات سيولة السوق. وعدم وجود علاقة بين الإيرادات الضريبية ومؤشرات أداء السوق. Stock markets play an influential role in achieving economic development, as they affect various areas of economic activity. At the same time, they are affected by several policies and variables surrounding them, as financial policy is one of the most critical factors affecting the performance of these markets. This study aims to determine the nature and direction of the relationship between public spending policy, tax policy, and the performance of stock markets in the UAE. The study concluded that there is a direct correlation between public spending and market size and prices indicators, and inversely with market liquidity indicators. And the absence of a relationship between tax revenues and market performance indicators.
