الإستراتيجية العسكرية والحنكة السياسية للقائد حنبعل برقة في مواجهة روما (247-183 قبل الميلاد)

Résumé: برز في القارة الإفريقية على مر العصور شخصيات وقادة، أثروا في مجريات الأحداث القارية والعالمية، وساهموا في صناعة الأمجاد والانتصارات في شتى الميادين، ومن هؤلاء نذكر القائد القرطاجي 'حنبعل برقة' من الفترة القديمة. يعتبر حنبعل من أهم الشخصيات التاريخية خلال الفترة القديمة، والذي أثر على مجريات الأحداث من نهاية القرن الثالث إلى بدايات القرن الثاني قبل الميلاد. حيث اعتلى القيادة العسكرية للجيوش القرطاجية في اسبانيا خلفا لصهره هسدروبعل عام 221 ق.م، ليبدأ تخطيطه في محاولة لإعادة بناء أمجاد قرطاجة، لذا قرر مهاجمة روما في عقر دارها واسترجاع ما خسرته قرطاجة سابق، فحقق انتصارات سياسية وعسكرية وبذلك يعتبر من القادة القلائل الذين غيروا التكتيكات العسكرية، والتي لا زالت مطبقة لدى الجيوش العالمية إلى يومنا هذا. لذا سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على هذه الشخصية، بداية بالتعريف بحنبعل، ثم التعريج بأهم انجازاته في مجال الإستراتيجية العسكرية والحنكة السياسية، منذ اعتلائه القيادة عام 221 ق.م إلى غاية وفاته عام 183 ق.م. Abstract : Through many years ago, many figures and leaders were appeared in the African continent, they had a great impact on both continental and universal events, they took a part in glories and victories in various fields. One of those figures, we mention the Carthaginian leader Hannibal Barca. Hannibal is widely considered to be one of the greatest history figures during the old era who effected on the events from the end of the third century to the bigining of the second century BC. He became on the top of the military commanders of the Carthaginian armies in Spain after his brother in low Hasdrubal in 221 BC, h estrade his plan to re-build Carthage glories, so he decided to attack Rome inside its land to bring back what Carthage loose before, he realised military and historical victories as a result he considered to be among the few leader Who changed the military tactics. Which are practiced till nowdays. So we’ll try in this paper to highlight this figure starting by intoducing Hannibal then his achievements in both military and political domains since the bigining of his leadership in 221 BC till his death in 183 BC.
