Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور حوكمة هيئات الرقابة الشرعية في المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية، من أجل ضمان استمرارية تقيد المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية بالمصداقية والمشروعية في كل معاملاتها وأنشطتها، مما يسمح لها بتحقيق نجاحات ملحوظة في جميع المجالات وبمعدلات ربحية معتبرة. من خلال هذه الدراسة، حاولنا الإلمام بمختلف المفاهيم النظرية المرتبطة بحوكمة هيئات الرقابة الشرعية، وأهم المعيقات التي تواجه هيئات الرقابة الشرعية في المؤسسات المالية الاسلامية، معتمدين في ذلك على إستخدام أسلوب المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فضلا عن ذلك، سيتم التطرق إلى أهم آليات تفعيل حوكمة هيئات الرقابة الشرعية كسياسة مبدئية يمكن اتخاذها من أجل ضمان مستقبل المالية الإسلامية في دول العالم.
