أثر التخصص الصناعي للمدقق الخارجي على تضييق فجوة التوقعات في التدقيق (دراسة ميدانية لممارسي مهنة المحاسبة والتدقيق في الجزائر)

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو البحث في تأثير التخصص الصناعي للمدقق الخارجي على تضييق فجوة التوقعات، ولأجل بلوغ الهدف تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي بالاستعانة بأسلوب التحليل للعرض النظري لمفاهيم حول التخصص الصناعي وفجوة التوقعات، في حين أنه تم اعتماد قائمة استبانة لجمع بيانات تخدم الجانب التطبيقي وذلك بتوزيعها بشكل عشوائي على عينة مكونة 53 مفردة من مجتمع الدراسة المقتصر على ممارسي مهنة المحاسبة والتدقيق في الجزائر، بغية منا للتعرف على دعم التخصص الصناعي لاستقلالية المدقق الخارجي ورفعه لكفاءته المهنية وقدرته على التنبؤ باستمرارية المنشأة التي يتم تدقيقها ومدى مساهمته في تحسين جودة تقرير المدقق الخارجي، و انعكاس كل ذلك على تضييق فجوة التوقعات، حيث استخدمنا البرنامج الإحصائي (spss) في تحليلنا لنتائج الاستبانة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تخصص المدقق في الصناعة يدعم استقلاليته ويرفع من كفاءته المهنية وقدرته على التنبؤ باستمرارية المنشأة المدققة وأنه يساهم في تحسين جودة تقرير المدقق الخارجي وكل هذا التأثير الإيجابي للتخصص الصناعي على العناصر السابقة الذكر يعمل بدوه على تضييق فجوة التوقعات. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the industrial specialization of the external auditor on narrowing the expectations gap, and in order to achieve the goal, the descriptive approach was adopted using the analysis method for theoretical presentation of concepts about industrial specialization and the expectations gap, while a questionnaire list was adopted to collect data that serves the applied side by distributing it randomly on a sample consisting of 53 individuals from the study population that is limited to practitioners of the accounting and auditing profession in Algeria, in order for us to identify the support of industrial specialization for the independence of the external auditor, and raise his professional competence and his ability to predict the continuity of the entity being audited and the extent of his contribution to improving the quality of the external auditor's report, and The reflection of all this on narrowing the expectations gap, as we used the statistical program (spss) in our analysis of the results of the questionnaire. This positive effect of industrial specialization on the aforementioned elements works to narrow the expectations gap.
