تأثير تسعيرة مياه الشرب على الطلب عليها –الجزائر نموذجا-

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا إلى تقييم الوضع المائي في الجزائر، للبحث عن الحلول الممكنة للرفع من مستوى الخدمة العمومية لمياه الشرب بالتركيز على القانون المتعلق بالمياه رقم 05-12 المؤرخ في 4 أوت 2005، هذا الأخير الذي تم وضعه لأجل الرفع من تسعيرة المياه بهدف تغطية التكاليف الحقيقية لخدمة مياه الشرب والحفاظ عليها من الهدر والضياع؛ تم التوصل إلى مايلي: - استمرار الدولة الجزائرية في تدعم التسعيرة، - أسعار مياه الشرب غير إقتصادية ولا تحفز على الإستعمال العقلاني لهذا المورد، - زيادة الطلب على المياه نتيجة لارتفاع عدد سكان الجزائر. Our study aims to assess the water situation in Algeria, to search for possible solutions to raise the level of public service for drinking water, focusing on the law relating to water No. 05-12 of August 4, 2005, the last one that was developed in order to raise the price of water in order to cover the real costs of serving Drinking water and preserving it from waste and loss. the result are as follows: - The Algerian state continues to support the pricing, - The prices of drinking water are not economical and do not stimulate the rational use of this resource, - The increase in demand for water as a result of the increase in Algeria’s population.
