My research consists of an introduction , an introductory section , two phases and a conclusion .The introductory section deals with the biography of Ibn Badisse , the purposes of shari'a and the influence of his shouyoukh (tutors) in his purposeful formation. In the first phase , I illustrated Ibn Badisse interest in fiqh (jurisprudence) of maqased (purposes) in the following domains : Da'wa , education and fatwah .In the second phase , I tackled the maqased Methodism of Imam Ibn Badisse considering goodness and malevolence (badness) and both of fiqh of fates and priorities. Besides , his entire view in solving and dealing with problems. Finally , I concluded my research by some results and the most important ones are : Ibn Badisse interest in fiqh of maqased justified interest of implementing it in reality and also some recommendations which focus on including public principles of fiqh of maqased in the educational curriculum particularly in middle and secondary levels (schlools)
