الهوية والطعام في المجتمع الجزائري دراسة سوسيو أنثروبولوجية بمنطقة البيض

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معالجة ثنائية الهوية و الطعام ،وكيف أن الطعام أصبح بطاقة هوياتية تعريفية بالمجتمعات ،إذ أن كل مجتمع يحاول تأصيل هويته بانفراده بثقافة طعامه ،هذا الطعام الذي يحمل جملة من الدلالات المفعمة برسائل اجتماعية وثقافية، بحيث تعدى حدود المعطى البيولوجي الذي يسد حاجة الفرد للإشباع الى معطى ثقافي يعكس هويته ويميزه عن الاخر .وقد طبقت الدراسة ميدانيا على عينة من مجتمع منطقة البيض. The study aimed to address the dual identity and food and how food has become an identity area defining societies as every society tries to establish its identity by being alone with the identity of its food, this food that carries a set of connotations full of social and cultural messages so that it exceeds the limits of the biological given that fulfills the individual’s need for gratification into a cultural given It reflects his identity and distinguishes him from the other.
