صناعة التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص باللغة العربية: أضحت خدمات شركات التأمين التكافلي ضرورة حتمية ضمن متطلبات النظام الإقتصادي الحديث, لاسيما وأن هذا القطاع ذا تأثير مباشر على الصناعات المالية الأخرى; نظراً لمساهمته في الإستقرار والتقليل من المخاطر المالية. ونظراً لهذه الأهمية سنقوم في هذه الورقة البحثية بعرض واقع التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر, والعوامل المشجعة على الإستثمار في هذا القطاع, وصولاً لأهم التحديات التي تواجه صناعة التأمين التكافلي بالجزائر, سواء ما تعلق بقوانين التأمين التي لا تتلائم والمبادئ التي يقوم عليها التأمين التكافلي, أو ما تعلق بغياب ثقافة التأمين. Takaful insurance industry in Algeria (reality and prospects) Services became the Takaful insurance companies imperative within the requirements of the modern economic system, especially since this sector a direct impact on other financial services; due to its contribution to the stability and reduce financial risks. Due to this importance we in this paper offer the reality of Takaful in Algeria, and the factors encouraging investment in this sector, and access to the most important challenges facing the insurance services Takaful in Algeria, both on the laws of insurance that do not fit and the principles underlying the Takaful insurance, or what attached to the absence of a culture of insurance.
