دور التحكيم الدولي في تسوية منازعات الحدود

Résumé: تعد منازعات الحدود من أدق المنازعات الدولية، وقد تطورت هذه المنازعات مع تطور العلاقات، وزيادة الدول، ونظرا لأهميتها، فلابد من حلها بالوسائل السلمية، فهي تتعلق بدول متجاورة تربطهم علاقات تاريخية، وأي إخفاق في حلها ، سيؤدي إلى استخدام القوة بين الطرفين وهذا لا يمكن تقبله في ظل القانون الدولي. يسلط البحث الضوء على التحكيم الدولي،بوصفه احد الوسائل السلمية، ودوره في حل منازعات الحدود، التي تثور بين أشخاص القانون الدولي، وتطوره بالشكل الذي يجعل منه وسيله فاعله، بواسطة قضاة يتم اختيارهم لهذا الغرض، واستنادا إلى قواعد يلزم احترامها وتطبيقها وفقا لقواعد القانون الدولي العام.
