Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى كشف فاعلية تطبيق برنامج تعليمي باستخدام التدريبات البصرية على مستوى اداء بعض الحركات الأرضية في الجمباز لدى طلاب السنة الأولى بمعهد التربية البدنية والرياضية بجامعة مستغانم. حيث استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي على عينة قوامها 23 طالبا، موزعة على 12 طالبا بالعينة التجريبية و11طالبا بالعينة الضابطة للموسم الدراسي 2021/2022، وتمثلت الاختبارات في بعض الحركات الأرضية في الجمباز، وبعد معالجة النتائج إحصائيا توصل الباحثون إلى أن التدريبات البصرية ساهمت في تحسين اداء الحركات الأرضية في الجمباز قيد البحث، مع أفضلية لدى العينة التجريبية مقارنة بالعينة الضابطة في مستوى اداء بعض الحركات الأرضية قيد البحث The study aims to reveal the effectiveness of applying an educational program using visual exercises on the level of performance of some ground movements in gymnastics for first-year students in the Institute of Physical Education and Sports at the University of Mostaganem. Where the researchers used the experimental method on a sample of 23 students, divided into 12 students in the experimental sample and 11 students in the control sample for the 2021/2022 school season, The tests applied were in some ground movements in gymnastics, with a preference for the experimental sample compared to the control sample in the level of performance of some of the ground movements.
