Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: في دراستنا المعنونة بـ: " الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بتقدير الذات لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة التي جاءت نظريتها على النحو التالي: - هل توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الضغوط النفسية،وتقدير الذات عند المرأة العاملة المتزوجة؟ والتي شملت عينة متكونة من 60 سيدة عاملة متزوجة في ولاية الجلفة، أين تم توزيع المقياسين: مقياس الضغوط النفسية ل " لفنستاين"،ومقياس تقدير الذات ل كوبر سميث وهذا قصد إثبات فرضيتنا المصاغة على الشكل التالي: -توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الضغوطات النفسية وتقدير الذات لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة. -توجد علاقة بين الدلالة الإحصائية بين الضغوطات، الضغط النفسي وتقدير الذات لدى المرأة العاملة متزوجة. -يوجد ارتفاع في مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى المرأة العامل المتزوجة. -يوجد انخفاض في مستوى تقدير الذات لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة. ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها عن طريق التفريغ الإحصائي تبين أنه : -توجد علاقة دالة إحصائية بين الضغط النفسي ومستوى تقدير الذات لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة في مستوى (0,05 و 0,01) -يوجد ارتفاع في مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة " بنسبة 63٪ مما يعانوا من الضغط النفسي مرتفع،ونسبة 14٪ لديهم ضغط نفسي متوسط. - تتمتع المرأة العاملة المتزوجة بمستوى متوسط في مستوى تقدير الذات، حيث نسبة 93،3٪ يعانون من مستوى متوسط من تقدير الذات. Study summary: In our study entitled: “Psychological stress and its relationship to self-esteem among married working women whose theory came as follows: - Is there a correlation between psychological stress and self-esteem among married working women? Which included a sample of 60 married working women in the state of Djelfa, where the two scales were distributed: the psychological stress scale of "Levenstein", and the self-esteem scale of Cooper Smith, and this is intended to prove our hypothesis formulated as follows: There is a correlation between psychological stress and self-esteem of married working women. - There is a statistically significant relationship between stressors, psychological pressure and self-esteem among married working women. - There is a high level of psychological stress among married working women. - There is a decrease in the level of self-esteem of the married working woman.
