تقييم الأداء المالي للبنوك الإسلامية وفقا لنموذجي العائد على حقوق الملكية ومعيار Camels دراسة حالة بنك السلام الجزائر خلال الفترة 2018-2021

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الأداء المالي للبنوك الإسلامية، وكذلك إبراز أهمية تقييم الأداء المالي، وتم اسقاط هذه الدراسة على بنك السلام الجزائري خلال الفترة 2018-2021، وقمنا باستخدام نموذجي العائد على حقوق الملكية ومعيار التقييم المصرفي الأمريكي لتقييم الأداء المالي للبنك، وذلك بالاعتماد على التقارير السنوية لبنك السلام. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن البنك يحقق أداء مرضي ويتمتع بمركز مالي سليم مع وجود المشاكل تحت السيطرة الا انه يجب عليه تطوير أدائه لتحسين وضعه. This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of Islamic banks, as well as to highlight the importance of evaluating financial performance. This study was projected on the Algerian Salam Bank during the period 2018-2020. We used the two models of return on equity and the American Banking Standard to evaluate the financial performance of the bank, based on the annual reports of Al Salam Bank. The study concluded that the bank achieves satisfactory performance and enjoys a sound financial position with problems under control, but it must develop its performance to improve its position
