الاستيطان الفرنسي بالجزائر و مظاهر الهيمنة الاقتصادية و الثقافية ما بين 1830 -1914

Résumé: ملخص: نتطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى موضوع الاستيطان الفرنسي بالجزائر فيما بين 1830 – 1914 والذي شكل للحكام الفرنسيين المتعاقبين على السلطة في الجزائر أولوية لتثبيت وجودهم ، ووضع أيديهم على خيرات البلاد ، و هذا لتشجيع الاستيطان و إنعاش الاقتصاد الفرنسي المتهالك ، وتهدئة الجبهة الاجتماعية المشتعلة بفرنسا بمناسبة ثورات 1848 . ; و لذلك وظفت الإدارة الاستعمارية الآليات القانونية و الإدارية لإنجاح هذا المشروع ، لاسيما ترسانة قوانين المصادرة للأراضي، والتي مكنتهم من تحويل مئات الآلاف من الهكتارات لصالح المعمرين الفرنسيين و الأوربيين ، وقد كان لذلك انعكاسات و خيمة على الجزائريين بسبب مظاهر الهيمنة الاقتصادية والثقافية للمستوطنين ، و التي ظلت ماثلة لسنوات عديدة حتى بعد استقلال البلد . Abstract: in this study ,the French settlement in the Algeria in the 1830 – 1914 witch has formatted the French rulers in line with the presence of their presence, and the situation of their hands on the country s oil rehabilitation, the revitalization of the French and the social front of French ,especially the occasion of the 1848revolutions.Thecolonial administration has there fore appointed legal and administrative mechanisms for the success of this project ,especially land confiscation laws, which enable them to convert hundreds of thousands of hectares in favor of the constructive ,so a repercussion of the Algerians because of the manifestation of economic and cultural domination of settlers, Which have been even independent after the independence of the country .
