Résumé: This study addresses the applicability of electronic management in small and medium enterprises in Algeria, through the knowledge of the Possibility to which these institutions can be directed towards the Application of electronic management , Availability of physical, human and administrative requirements to apply them and to know the degree of existence of obstacles that prevent their application. The study included the theoretical framework of Electronic -management , small and medium enterprises. The practical aspect was a field study, to study the applicability of electronic management in small and medium enterprises in Algeria.. The study concluded that there is an application of electronic management in small and medium enterprises through the availability of material, human and administrative resources. While Obstacles are weak In other words, there is an application of Electronic -management in small and medium enterprises in Algeria at an acceptable level. Keywords:
