أهمية تبني مفهوم الشراكة و التحالف لدعم القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مجمع صيدال

Résumé: يتميز الاقتصاد المعاصر بظاهرة تركيز المشروعات و تحول الوحدات الاقتصادية من وحدات صغيرة إلى وحدات كبيرة و يستخدم أسلوب الشراكة و التحالف كوسيلة من وسائل تحقيق هذا التركيز و بالتالي هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان بشكل أساسي تحديد طبيعة و أهمية و أشكال الشراكة المتبعة من طرف المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية بصفة عامة و مؤسسة صيدال بصفة خاصة . هذا و توصلت الدراسة إلى إتباع مجمع صيدال لأسلوب الشراكة للرفع من قدرته التنافسية و بالتالي مواجهة مجموع المنافسين الحاليين و المحتملين بما مكنه من تطوير المعرفة العلمية و اكتساب التكنولوجيا الحديثة مع مجموعة من المؤسسات الرائدة عالميا في صناعة الدواء . abstract: The modern economy is characterized by the phenomenon of focusing projects and moving economic units in small units and large units uses a style of partnership and alliance as a way of achieving this concentration and therefore this study was to demonstrate, mainly to determine the nature and importance and forms of partnership established by the Algerian economic institutions in general and business in particular Saidal. This study and reached a Saidal monitoring Partnership complex style to increase its competitiveness thus face the sum of current and potential competitors, to develop scientific know how and acquisition of modern technology with a group of most important institutions in the world pharmaceutical industry
