Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية و فعالية و دور الإفصاح المالي في الأسواق المالية، وعلاقته بكفاءة هذا الأخير. وذلك من خلال تحليل أهمية المعلومة بصفة عامة و المعلومة المحاسبية بصفة خاصة، في شكل الإحصائيات السنوية للإفصاح المالي في السوق المالي السعودي للفترة ما بين 2010-2017 ، و كيفية ضبطها و تحليلها من خلال هيئات السوق المالي، و كذا قياس كفاءة السوق المالي السعودي عند المستوى الضعيف باستخدام اختبار الأنماط الطارئة و مؤشرات قياس الكفاءة و استنتاج العلاقة بين الحرص على الالتزام بالإفصاح المالي و بين أحد صيغ كفاءة السوق المالي والكفاءة عند المستوى الضعيف. الكلمات المفتاحية : الإفصاح المالي، الكفاءة ، الشفافية، السوق المالي السعودي، إختبار الأنماط الطارئة Abstract: This study aims to highlight the importance, effectiveness and role of financial disclosure in the financial markets, and its relationship to the efficiency of the latter.
