دور التكلفة المستهدفة في تحليل القيمة وتخفيض التكاليف في المؤسسة الإقتصادية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى القاء الضوء على دور التكلفة المستهدفة وتحليل القيمة في تخفيض التكاليف في المؤسسات الصناعية بالجزائر، للحصول على منتجات بأقل تكلفة وبنفس الجودة، حيث تم التطرق في الجانب النظري الى مفاهيم أساسية حول التكلفة المستهدفة وتحليل القيمة ، أما فيم يخص الجانب التطبيق فقد تم اعداد دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مصنع مطاحن صوفيا للصناعات البياضة - الوادي وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن التكلفة المستهدفة تكون أكثر فاعلية عندما تتكامل مع تقنية تحليل القيمة من أجل تحسين وتطوير المنتجات وتقديمها للمستهلك بالجودة المناسبة والسعر المستهدفة. كما قام الباحث بعدة توصيات أهمها تطبيق تقنية التكلفة المستهدفة لتساعد في تحسين تصميم المنتج واستبعاد التكاليف غير الضرورية للوصول الى تكلفة تنافسية للمنتج مع وجود سعر مستهدف ومرغوب في السوق. وزيادة الحصة السوقية لاستغلال الطاقة غير المستغلة . الكلمات المفتاحية : التكلفة المستهدفة تحليل القيمة تخفيض التكاليف.. "This study aims to shed light on the role of the target cost and the value analysis on the decreasing of costs in the industrial institutions of Algeria for obtaining product with low cost and with the same quality. In the theoretical part, we presented basic concepts of the target cost and the value analysis .In the practical part we talked a practical study in the moulins soufia Industries bayadha-eloued and the study gave some of results: Mainly the target cost will be more effective when it is completed with the value analysis technique for ameliorating and developing the products, and giving it to the consumer with the adequate quality and target price. The researcher also made several recommendations, the most important of which is the application of target costing technology to help improve product design and exclude unnecessary costs to reach a competitive cost of the product with a target and desirable price in the market and increase the market share for the exploitation of untapped energy.
