أثر الحمض النووي التنظيمي في كفاءة الموارد البشرية: دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى محمد الصديق بن يحيى-ولاية جيجل

Résumé: ملخص: إن الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو اختبار أثر الحمض النووي التنظيمي في كفاءة الموارد البشرية من وجهة نظر العاملين بالسلك شبه الطبي، بمستشفى محمد الصديق بن يحيى-ولاية جيجل، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان بطريقة غير عشوائية قصدية لجمع البيانات من 90 فردا منهم، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss للمعالجة الاحصائية واختبار الفرضيات. أظهرت النتائج وجود اهتمام مرتفع بالحمض النووي التنظيمي وبكفاءة الموارد البشرية، إضافة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي للحمض النووي التنظيمي في كفاءة الموارد البشرية، وذلك راجع للأثر الايجابي لكل من الاتصال والتحفيز والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، في حين إن الهيكل التنظيمي لا يؤثر في كفاءة الموارد البشرية من وجهة نظر العاملين بالسلك شبه الطبي، وبناءا على ذلك تم تقديم اقتراحات لإدارة المستشفى محل الدراسة. Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect that Organizational DNA has on the growth of human resources competencies according to allied health professionals in Mohamed Seddik Ben Yahia—Jijel Province. The questionnaire was distributed in a non-random manner with the purpose of gathering data from 90 participants. SPSS was then used to conduct statistical analysis and to test the hypotheses. The results showed that there is substantial interest in Organizational DNA and human resource competency. Additionally, Organizational DNA is characterized by a positive effect on human resource competencies, and that has to do with impact of communication, motivation, and being part of the decision-making process. Granted, organizational structure has little to no impact on human resource competency according to our participants. Based on that, as several recommendations were given to the concerned hospital of our study.
