افتتاحيات الأستاذ مختار نويوات - دراسة في المضمون (أفكاره اللسانية) Professor Mokhtar Nouiouet’s Editorials- A Study In Content (linguistic Thoughts)

Résumé: ملخص: يتضمن هذا المقال خلاصة أفكار الأستاذ مختار نويوات حول اللغة واللغة العربية في حقل الدراسات اللسانية مما ورد في افتتاحيات أعداد مجلة "اللغة العربية " الصادرة عن مؤسسة "المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية" ، وهي تلك التي كان يرأس هيئة تحريرها، والتي جُمِعَتْ فيما بعد في كتاب مستقل تكريما لصاحبها مع جُمْلَة من مقالاته تحت عنوان" عن اللسان.. وفي البيان – مقالات وافتتاحيات". وقد تبين بعد المعالجة والتحليل لنصوص الافتتاحيات أنّ آراؤه تتسم بالطرافة والجدّة على مستوى طريقة العرض وزاوية الطرح ذلك أنّ الأفكار اللسانية إجمالا هي على ما هي عليه عند غيره من العلماء والباحثين قدامى ومحدثين. Abstract: The present article is a synthetic overview of Mokhtar Nouiouet’s thoughts about not only language in general but the Arabic language and research methodology in linguistic studies as well in numerous editorials of ‘Arabic Language’ journal issued by the ‘Supreme Council of Arabic Language’. These editorials and various articles about linguistics and rhetoric were gathered in a separate book in honor of their author.. After processing and analysis of the editorial texts, it was found that his views were novelty, And that novelty appears at the level of presentation and angle of subtraction, but the content of linguistic ideas is the same as when other linguists.
