فعالية الذات وعلاقتها بنوعية الحياة لدى مرضى الصرع

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الباحثة من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التأكد من وجود علاقة بين فعالية الذات ونوعية الحياة لدى مرضى الصرع، وللتحقق من ذلك طبقت الباحثة مقياسين والمتمثلان في مقياس فعالية الذات الخاص بالصرع ﻟ Dilorio et al (2000)، ومقياس نوعية الحياة SF-36. وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياسين، تم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة قوامها (60) مريض ومريضة الصرع، اختيرت بطريقة غير عشوائية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات المتحصل عليها كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن ما يلي : 1.توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فعالية الذات ونوعية الحياة بأبعادها لدى مرضى الصرع. 2.لا يوجد إختلاف في مستوى فعالية الذات لدى مرضى الصرع يعزى لجنس المريض. Abstract: there is a relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life in a sample of epileptic patients, and to verify this, the researcher applied two measures of epilepsy self-efficacy scale prepared by Dilorio et al (2000) and quality of life SF-36 scale after ascertaining the Psychometrics properties of the two scales, it was applied to the study sample of (60) epileptic patients, selected in non random manner, the descriptive method was used, and after the statistical processing of the data obtained, the results of the study revealed the following: 1. There is statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy and quality of life with its dimensions among epileptic patients. 2. There is no differences in the level of self-efficacy among epileptic patients attributed to the patient's gender.
