المواجهة التشريعية لظاهرة التنمر السياسي " قانون الوقاية من التمييز وخطاب الكراهية ومكافحتهما أنموذجا"

Résumé: الملخص: يعالج البحث مشكلة تطورظاهرة التنمر السياسي، لاسيما مع الثورة التقنية، وتعدد وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. وكشفت الدراسة عن خطورة هذه الظاهرة على الأمن المجتمعي ما أصبح يمثل أکبر التحديات التي تحتاج إلى مواجهة تشريعية صارمة وحاسمة، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن التنمر السياسي سلوك عدواني إجرامي لابد من محاربته و الحد منه. الكلمات المفتاحية: التنمر السياسي، التنمر الانتخابي، التنمر الدولي، التنمر الإداري، خطاب الكراهية، المواجهة التشريعية. Abstract: The research addresses the problem of the development of the phenomenon of political bullying, especially with the technological revolution and the multiplicity of social media. The study revealed the seriousness of this phenomenon on community security, which has become the biggest challenge that requires a strict and decisive legislative confrontation. The research concluded thatpolitical bullying is a criminal aggressive behavior that must be fought and reduced.
