دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في دعم أخلاقيات الأعمال في المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة

Résumé: تعد المسؤولية الاجتماعية من أهم المفاهيم الادارية الحديثة التي نادت بحقوق الافراد و المجتمع و المؤسسات من أجل المحافظة على كيان المؤسسات ونشر الافكار و القيم الاخلاقية , وبما أن المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة تعد مؤسسات حديثة النشأة لابد لها أن تعتمد في اعداد الاستراتيجية الكلية الخاصة بها على أبعاد و مبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية و الأخلاقية و البيئية في ممارسة الأنشطة الاقتصادية و الخدماتية , لأن التحلي بأخلاقيات الأعمال الايجابية تعكس الصورة الجيدة للمؤسسة و تكسبها ثقة الجمهور , على عكس الأخلاقيات السلبية التي تؤدي الى زوال المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة التي تتميز بسرعة زوالها بسبب بعض المشاكل الاقتصادية و المالية و الأخلاقية ,لذلك وجب عليها المحافظة على هذه الأخلاقيات من أجل البقاء و الاستمرارية ودفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية. Abstract : The social responsibility of the most modern management concepts advocated the rights of individuals and society and institutions in order to maintain the integrity of the institutions and the dissemination of ideas and moral values, since SMEs are modern institutions origination it has to rely on the strategy to prepare their own overall dimensions and the principles of social responsibility and ethical, environmental, in the exercise of economic activities, and Services, because to show the ethics of business positive reflects the good image of the institution and earn the confidence of the public, in contrast to the negative ethics that lead to the demise of the SMEs, which is characterized by rapidly demise because of some economic problems and financial and moral, so it shall maintain this ethics for survival and continuity and push forward economic and social development wheel.
