ضمانات حماية الأقليات المسلمة في القانون الدولي: تحديات وتجارب

Résumé: تجد الأقليات المسلمة نفسها في كثير من بلدان العالم تحت وطأة الظلم والاستبداد من قبل الأغلبية أو حتى من قبل الأنظمة الحاكمة، حيث تزداد الصعوبة أكثر عندما تحاول هذه الأقليات الدفاع عن مطالبها المطروحة وحقوقها المهضومة، أو عندما تسعى دول معينة إلى التدخل لصالح تلك الأقليات لأسباب تاريخية أو سياسية أو دينية، وهو ما يزيد من إثارة التوترات في تلك البلدان، ويجعل من هذه الأقليات قضية مطروحة على الساحة الدولية بالحدة والخطورة. في هذا المقال، نناقش ضمانات حماية حقوق الأقليات المسلمة في القانون الدولي، مع إعطاء لمحة عامة عن معظم مناطق التوتر التي تعيش فيها الأقليات المسلمة كواحدة من أكثر القضايا حساسية وخطورة بسبب المشكلات الطائفية والعرقية. Muslim minorities find themselves in many countries of the world under the pressure of injustice and tyranny from the majority or even ruling regimes. Where the difficulty increases further when these minorities attempt to defend their rights enslaved, or when certain countries seek to intervene in favor of these minorities for historical, political or religious reasons, which increases the creation of tensions in these countries, and makes these minorities a serious issue on the international scene and danger. In this article, we discuss the guarantees of protection of the rights of Muslim minorities in international law, with an overview of most of the areas of tension in which Muslim minorities reside as one of the most sensitive and dangerous issues due to the problems sectarian and ethnic.
