دور البنوك في تنشيط الأسواق المالية عن طريق أدوات التمويل الإسلامي دراسة حالة أسواق ماليزيا 2008-2018

Résumé: This study focused on the effectiveness of banks on the financial market’s activity .Banks are responsible on all monitoring resources that related to finance , and trading of their exporting issued instruments guarantee the stability and efficiency of financial market. Islamic financial markets areconsidered as one of the appropriate solutions to the economic development issue in any country, thanks to the flexibility of Islamic finance against economic shocks. In addition, it is based on the principals of sharing risks and reducing excessive interest’s risks by transferring surpluses from surplus categories to deficit groups within the framework of participation for investor and investment. Our aim from this study is highlighting the complementary relationship between the role of banks and the activation of financial market .The activity and strength of one depends on each other .So, banking and financial system complement each other in balanced context which is imposed by Islamic financing instruments though issuance as well as trading, and how this instruments effect this relationship. Finally, we concluded our study that there is a fundamental relationship between the banking and financial system in the Islamic capital market, and the vital role played by Islamic financing instruments in activating this market, especially the Islamic Sukuk .And we proved this when we dropped the theoretical part on the Malaysian case, and its experience in activating the Islamic stock markets through Islamic instruments as the leader in the Islamic financial industry , thanks to the dual banking system , the comprehensive legal framework, and supporting the Islamic capital market and securities commission of Malaysia.Through this integrated approach, Malaysia has proved its worth in increasing the capitalisation of the Islamic capital market, ensuring its stability and economy as a whole
