Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الثقة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بولاية المنيعة وكذا معرفة الفروق في مستوى الثقة لديهم باختلاف الجنس والأقدمية، وذلك بتطبيق استبيان على عينة مكونة من 148 أستاذا ، حيث أكدت الدراسة أن مستوى الثقة لديهم كان مرتفعا، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والأقدمية. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the level of organizational confidence of secondary education teachers in the Wilayat of Al-Manea, as well as to find out the differences in their level of confidence according to gender and seniority, by applying a questionnaire to a sample of 148 teachers, where the study confirmed that their level of confidence was high, and that there were no differences Statistical function due to the variables of sex and seniority.
