أثر نمط القيادي على إدارة الأزمات في المستشفيات دراسة ميدانية لعينة من أطباء وإداريين وصيادلة في مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر نمط القيادة على إدارة الأزمات من خلال مراحل إدارة الأزمات الخمسة،ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على الأسلوب الوصفي، لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة،حيث تم تصميم استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات،وتم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة قدرها (113) والمتمثلة في أطباء وإداريين وصيادلة مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة من إجمالي تعداد المجتمع (291)حيث تم استرجاع (87) استبانه صالحة للتحليل، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spssv20 لمعالجة البيانات عن طريق المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: إدارة الأزمات في مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة موجودة وغير فعالة؛ نمط القيادة السائد ي تففي مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة هو نمط القيادة الديمقراطية؛ لا تؤثر أنماط القيادة فعيل إدارة الأزمات في مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة. This study aims to identify the impact of leadership style on crisis management through the five stages of crisis management.To achieve this purpose the study bases on descriptiveanalyticalapproach, where the questionnaire was designed as a tool to collect data and distributed to the study sample represented by (113) doctor,administrators and pharmacists in Muhammad Boudiaf Hospital-Ouargla, out of the total population of (291), where (87) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. The data contained in the questionnaires were analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program(SPSS) v20 through the arithmetic means, Standard deviations, correlation coefficients, simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The most Important results of the study were : Crisis management at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital- Ouargla is existedbut ineffective. The dominant style of leadership in Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital of Ouargla is the democratic one. Leadership styles do not affect the activation of crisis management in Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla.
