دور المرأة في مواجهة الفقر من خلال التمكين الاقتصادي لها

Résumé: تحتاج المرأة لفسحة من السيطرة والتحكم بالموارد الاقتصادية والمالية، مما يؤدي بها الى الانتقال من موقع اقتصادي معين الى حالة أفضل منه، وهذا ما يؤدي بها الى زيادة الاستقلالية المادية، كما ان التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة يمكن النظر اليه من زاوية المعيلات اللواتي فقدن العائل الاسري، ودمجهن في مشروعات صغيرة ومتوسطة او غير ذلك، بهدف ضمان در النقد الشهري للعائلة. وما هذا إلا أحد أوجه محاربة الفقر واحتواءه. ومن كل ما تقدم يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعريف التمكين وأنواعه وتحديد معايير تمكين المرأة، وتعريف الفقر ومستوياته، ودور الدولة في محاربة الفقر، بعض التجارب في مواجهة الفقر من خلال التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة، وأما النتائج المتوصل إليها فيمكن إجمالها فيما يلي: -ضبط مصطلحات التمكين وأنواعه، التعرض لكيفيات تمكين المرأة في مختلف المجالات، تحديد مفهوم الفقر ومستوياته سواء في الدول النامية أو المتقدمة، وطرق معالجته، التعرض لبعض التجارب في معالجة الفقر من خلال التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة Women need to gain control and control of economic and financial resources, leading them to move from a given economic position to a better state, which leads to increased physical autonomy. From the point of view of the breadwinners who have lost the family breadwinner, their integration into small and medium-sized enterprises, etc., in order to ensure the monthly cash payment of the family., This is only one aspect of fighting poverty and containment.
